Small Group Fitness
Small Group Fitness is where you can exercise with your friends, family members or get a few neighbours or mums together to start your own exercise group at a time and day that suits you at home in your garage, backyard or deck. You can also get together at your local park if you prefer.
This option is perfect for limited budgets and for those who want to train in a small group of your own. Small Group Training is for 3* or more with a restricted group size of 6 people per session.
Training with a small group is a great way to increase your motivation level and enjoyment of exercising with people you know in your own environment.
Small Group Fitness at home means you don't have to travel to a gym or exercise in extreme weather conditions at a park. You can make the most of your time, keeping children nearby at home playing while you train and you don't have to battle traffic, crowded gym classes or run around a park. All you need is enough space for yoga mats to do all the exercise you need in the comfort and privacy of yours or a friends home or at your local park.
Every training session each week is different so you will never get bored and will focus on toning, strength, fat burning and fun with a variety of exercise used in every session including:
High Intensity Interval Training
Yoga and Pilates
Bodyweight Strength Training
Personalised attention is given to everyone in the group on correct form and technique with lots of support, motivation and fun that you won’t get from other large group fitness classes at a gym or a bootcamp, including nutrition advice and lifestyle coaching as needed.
45 min session - $25 per person (3 people)
- $20 per person (4 - 6 people)
*A minimum of 3 people is required for small group fitness
*Payment is by 4 week term payable in advance
