Personal Training is a fantastic option for you if you don't like the gym or boot-camps and want to exercise one on one with me as an accredited Lifestyle and Fitness Coach to get maximum benefits in a shorter period of time.
Personal Training at home means you don't have to travel to a gym or exercise in extreme weather conditions. You can make the most of your time, keeping children nearby at home with you while you train and you don't have to battle traffic, crowded gym classes or run around a park. All you need is enough space for a yoga mat to do all the exercise you need in the comfort and privacy of your own home, but of course if you prefer to train at a local park that's an option too.
I will keep you consistent, accountable, and coach you through the obstacles that derail your efforts to look and feel great. My encouragement, help and advice will ensure you’re getting the most out of your workouts and that you enjoy every session.
Every week your training session will be different so you will never get bored and will use a variety of exercise depending on your needs such as:
High Intensity Interval Training
Yoga and Pilates
Bodyweight Strength Training
100% attention is given on your form and technique with each workout addressing key fitness areas such as your posture and flexibility (so you feel and move better), your strength (so you tone up and build muscle) and your metabolism (so you burn fat and look better).
Your Personal Training sessions also include:
quarterly fitness assessments and reviews
monthly body measurements tracking
mental health guidance
lifestyle coaching to keep you motivated and on track to meet your specific goals
50 min session - $60 for 1 session per week (per session)
$50 for 2 or more sessions per week (per session)
